The 17th national blood drive will be held by HDFC Bank as part of its main corporate social responsibility programme, Parivartan. The programme will take place in over 1,100 Indian cities on December 5, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Employees of HDFC Bank, clients, corporations, members of the armed forces, students, and community members will all take part. The programme continues to assist the nation’s ongoing demand for timely and safe blood donations and demonstrates the bank’s dedication to community welfare. The Annual Blood Donation Drive, which falls under the primary focus area of Healthcare and Hygiene, is one of the Bank’s very first CSR projects.

To guarantee safety, openness, and compliance with medical procedures, the Bank collaborates annually with reputable blood banks and healthcare institutions. The programme will maintain its collaborations with reputable blood banks, national NGOs, and government officials this year.

From 88 centres and 4,385 units of blood collected in its initial year of operation in 2007, the project has grown to 5,533 camps and 3.38 lakh units collected over 1,408 locations in 2024. The Parivartan Blood Donation Drive set a Guinness World Record in 2013 for holding the biggest blood drive with several locations in a single day.
