A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Career Launcher Educate Limited, one of India’s top providers of competitive exam training and career guidance, and SSB Sandiksha (Sashastra Seema Bal Welfare and Empowerment Association), the Ministry of Home Affairs’ welfare division of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB). The SSB women’ welfare association, or “Sandiksha”, is a group of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) employees and their families that advocates for SSB-sponsored skill development and community projects. For SSB employees and their families throughout India, the alliance aims to establish organised academic, career-focused, and skill-building opportunities.
SSB families will benefit from a 25% cost reduction on Career Launcher’s long- and short-term academic programmes as part of the partnership, while wards and families of SSB Bravehearts who gave their lives will be eligible for a 100% fee waiver. These steps are intended to alleviate financial hardships and guarantee learning continuity, especially for women and students. The cooperation intends to establish significant and long-lasting learning pathways for the community by combining the skills of Career Launcher in structured pedagogy, competitive exam preparation, academic mentorship, and career planning with the grassroots welfare programmes of SSB Sandiksha.
Sujatha Kshirsagar, President & CEO of Career Launcher, commented on the collaboration, saying, “Education plays a decisive role in shaping not just careers but life outcomes, especially for families that serve the nation under demanding conditions.” In order to support learners at every crucial point, from basic learning to career transitions, we are concentrating on organised academic mentorship, test preparation, and informed career decision-making through this cooperation. Our objective is to use regular, guided learning to turn potential into readiness.
“SSB families often navigate frequent transfers, challenging environments, and limited access to consistent educational support,” said Ms Kavita Singhal, President of SSB Sandiksha. Our capacity to offer continuity, guidance, and skill-orientated opportunities to women and students in our community is strengthened by this connection. Welfare outreach and expert academic advice can be combined to provide families with greater support as they make plans for long-term stability, education, and employment.
The relationship will concentrate on academic assistance programmes, guided learning modules, job readiness and student development routes, skill-building initiatives for women, and overall wellbeing support customised to meet the requirements of SSB families under the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding. The programme is intended to assist both short-term educational needs and long-term career and personal development.
Through community development, empowerment, and education, our cooperation demonstrates a shared commitment to bolstering the ecosystem that supports India’s security forces. Career Launcher and SSB Sandiksha hope to make a long-lasting influence outside of the classroom by fostering aspiration and capability among SSB families.
