KFintech Elevates Hanisha Vadlamani to Expanded Role

KFin Technologies has expanded the leadership responsibilities of Hanisha Vadlamani by appointing her as Chief Brand Officer, with additional charge of Corporate Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The appointment came into effect on July 6, 2026, following approval by the company’s Board of Directors through a circular resolution.

With this elevation, Vadlamani will lead the company’s brand strategy while overseeing its communication initiatives and CSR programmes. The move reflects KFin Technologies’ focus on aligning its brand identity, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability efforts under a unified leadership structure.

Vadlamani has been associated with KFin Technologies since 2021 and has played a key role in strengthening the company’s branding and corporate communications. Over the years, she has led several initiatives aimed at enhancing the company’s market visibility, building stakeholder trust, and promoting digital transformation across the financial services ecosystem.

In her expanded role, she will also be responsible for driving the company’s CSR strategy, ensuring that social responsibility initiatives align with KFin Technologies’ long-term business objectives and sustainability vision. Bringing CSR under the Chief Brand Officer’s portfolio is expected to create greater synergy between the company’s community engagement programmes, corporate reputation, and overall business strategy.

Vadlamani brings more than 15 years of professional experience spanning branding, marketing strategy, public relations, digital marketing, corporate communications, and stakeholder engagement. Before joining KFin Technologies, she worked with leading organisations including Facebook, Reliance Communications, and CallHealth, where she gained extensive experience in building brands and managing strategic communications.

Academically, she holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Law from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Engineering from Osmania University. Her multidisciplinary educational background complements her expertise in brand management and corporate affairs.

KFin Technologies is a leading technology-driven financial services platform serving asset managers, corporate issuers, pension funds, wealth managers, and other financial institutions across India and several international markets. The company provides digital solutions covering investor servicing, fund administration, compliance, analytics, and transaction management, making it one of the key players in India’s capital markets infrastructure.

The appointment underscores KFin Technologies’ emphasis on strengthening leadership in areas that shape corporate reputation, stakeholder relationships, and sustainable growth. As businesses increasingly integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities into their operations, the expanded mandate is expected to help the company enhance its communication strategy while delivering greater impact through its CSR initiatives. The leadership change also signals KFin Technologies’ continued commitment to building a strong, purpose-driven brand that supports innovation, responsible business practices, and long-term value creation for customers, investors, employees, and communities alike.
