Score jumps 15 points to 82, marking significant improvement across Environmental, Social, and Governance dimensions
Chalet Hotels announced that it has been ranked 2nd globally in the Hotels, Resorts & Cruise Lines category with an overall score of 82 in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) 2025.
Chalet Hotels achieved a CSA score of 82 in 2025, a remarkable improvement of 15 points over the previous year’s score of 67. This progress spans all three sustainability dimensions, namely Environmental (85), Social (83), and Governance & Economic (78), reflecting the company’s holistic and deeply embedded approach to responsible business practices. The most material drivers attributing to this achievement include Climate Strategy, Environmental Stewardship, Human Rights, Community and Customer Relations, Risk Assessment, Supply Chain Management, Information Security, and Transparency & Reporting.
