Through its CSR arm, Dalmia Bharat Foundation, the company is implementing development initiatives across more than 2,000 villages in 20 locations nationwide. These programmes focus on key areas such as livelihood generation, skill development, rural infrastructure, and environmental sustainability, ensuring long-term community growth.
Impact Through Flagship Initiatives
One of its major initiatives, the Gram Parivartan programme, has reached over 45,000 households and delivered more than one lakh interventions aimed at improving income levels. Additionally, 32 DIKSHa Skill Centres have trained nearly 30,000 youth, significantly boosting employability in nearby communities.
