The Directorate of Education, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, awarded two contracts totalling around Rs 157 crore to Krystal Integrated Services Limited (KISL), a top supplier of integrated facilities management systems. The two-year agreements, which cover security and sanitation services, will be implemented between October 16, 2025, and October 15, 2027.
Under the terms of the Rs 83 crore sanitation services contract, sweepers would be hired on a manpower-based basis to perform daily cleaning for all areas of the Directorate’s educational institutions. For thousands of students, teachers, and staff, the involvement guarantees constant safety and hygiene in classrooms, restrooms, outdoor areas, building exteriors, and stadiums. Krystal maintains excellent standards throughout one of India’s biggest and most varied school networks by utilising skilled staff, sophisticated equipment, and environmentally responsible solutions.
In addition, Krystal will deploy more than 1,100 trained unarmed security people throughout offices, commercial spaces, institutions, and residential areas under the Directorate as part of the Security Manpower Services 2.0 contract, which is estimated to be worth Rs 74 crore. Krystal maintains safe and orderly operations by implementing access control, quick incident response, and ongoing monitoring, creating secure spaces for visitors, staff, instructors, and students. This extensive deployment demonstrates Krystal’s capacity to oversee intricate, mission-critical activities and strengthens its standing as a reliable partner for important institutional and governmental projects throughout India.
“Winning these twin mandates from the Directorate of Education marks a significant milestone for Krystal Integrated Services, reinforcing our position as a leader in large-scale, high-value facility management,” said Sanjay Dighe, CEO & Whole Time Director, Krystal Integrated Services Limited, in response to the announcement. Our capacity to carry out intricate, mission-critical operations at scale is demonstrated by this contract, which enables us to seamlessly integrate sanitation and security services throughout one of India’s largest school networks. Beyond operational execution, these collaborations enhance our visibility in institutional and governmental initiatives, generating long-term growth prospects and establishing new standards for safety, cleanliness, and service quality in the educational field.
One of the biggest school networks in the nation is managed by the Directorate of Education, and these contracts demonstrate how professional facilities management is becoming more and more important in the public education sector. The victory for Krystal demonstrates its capacity to provide high-impact, mission-critical operations and enhances its portfolio of government services.
