DOMS Industries Limited has established a new not-for-profit entity called DOMS Foundation to manage and oversee its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
The foundation was incorporated on March 19, 2026, as a Section 8 company under the Companies Act, 2013. It will function as a dedicated body responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring all CSR initiatives across the DOMS Group.
Structured as a company limited by guarantee without share capital, the foundation does not involve any financial investment or share exchange in its formation. The parent company will retain 80% control, while the remaining 20% will be held by its subsidiaries and associate entities.
The creation of DOMS Foundation is aimed at centralizing CSR efforts, improving coordination, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements under India’s corporate laws, including Section 135 and CSR rules.
Through this move, the company intends to strengthen the effectiveness and impact of its social initiatives while maintaining a structured and transparent approach to community development.
