A free mobile repair and employability training programme has been introduced in Pune by Fidel Softech Ltd., a prominent supplier of IT services, technological solutions, consultancy, and language services. The project, which was funded by the company’s CSR efforts, was launched in partnership with Aspire Knowledge and Skills at Pune Vidyarthi Griha’s Green Tech Lab. Through practical instruction in mobile repair, device maintenance, and critical digital skills, the programme seeks to improve students’ employability. According to him, employability skills are crucial in the twenty-first century. Vidyarthi Griha students will have great employment options, become independent, or even launch their own business if they successfully complete training in networking and digital device repair. They would be able to contribute to nation-building by acquiring a variety of skills based on academic credentials. Prachi Kulkarni, Managing Director, emphasised the company’s role in youth development and mentioned that the effort has received financial backing within Fidel Softech’s CSR framework.
