A free mobile repair and employability training programme has been introduced in Pune by Fidel Softech Ltd., a prominent supplier of IT services, technological solutions, consultancy, and language services. The project, which was funded by the company’s CSR efforts, was launched in partnership with Aspire Knowledge and Skills at Pune Vidyarthi Griha’s Green Tech Lab. Through practical instruction in mobile repair, device maintenance, and critical digital skills, the programme seeks to improve students’ employability. Prominent figures attended the launch event, including Dr Deepak Shikarpur, the founder of the Shikarpur Social Foundation and a well-known computer expert; Prachi Kulkarni, the managing director of Fidel Softech Ltd; Dr Sanjay Gandhi, the chairman of Aspire Knowledge and Skills; and Sunil Redekar, Mr Rajendra Kaduskar, and Treasurer Mr Krishnaji Kulkarni, who were senior representatives of Pune Vidyarthi Griha. According to him, employability skills are crucial in the twenty-first century. Vidyarthi Griha students will have great employment options, become independent, or even launch their own business if they successfully complete training in networking and digital device repair. They would be able to contribute to nation-building by acquiring a variety of skills based on academic credentials. Prachi Kulkarni, Managing Director, emphasised the company’s role in youth development and mentioned that the effort has received financial backing within Fidel Softech’s CSR framework.
“This initiative has been financially supported under the CSR activities of Fidel Softech to provide youth with employment opportunities and skill development,” she stated.
Kulkarni also encouraged students to make use of this chance to create solid professional futures by sharing inspirational thoughts on occupations in the quickly growing digital skill economy. Aspire Knowledge and Skills’ chairman, Dr Sanjay Gandhi, emphasised the company’s national leadership in employability training.
