The Executive Director (I/c) and head of the Angul location of Jindal Steel congratulated the OPSC 2025 achievers who were coached for the Odisha Public Service Commission exam by the Jindal Foundation, the company’s social responsibility division. The Foundation’s flagship “UTKARSH – Train the Scholars” initiative offered these 13 young achievers free, excellent tutoring.
“I wish you all the very best for your future professional endeavours,” Pankaj Malhan said, congratulating the youthful and energetic officers of Odisha. I have no doubt that your services will be very beneficial to the state’s citizens. Additionally, I hope you will do everything within your power to keep public expectations and government systems in harmony.

The achievers conveyed their appreciation to the Jindal Foundation for the assistance they got via the UTKARSH programme, which was crucial to their achievement.
Along with other authorities, Jayanta Kumar Mohanty, HoD–CSR, Jindal Foundation, attended the felicitation function.
Since its beginning in 2021–2022, the UTKARSH project has benefited over 2,000 students by offering free coaching to 500 students annually. More than 150 pupils have passed the OPSC OAS and other government exams over the years. Thirteen students have been chosen just this year, while more than fifty pupils have passed the OPSC exam.
Notably, the Jindal Foundation is still dedicated to advancing education through a number of programmes, including Savitri Jindal DAV High School, YASHASVI, Jindal Asha, O.P. Jindal Star & Jewel Scholarship, and After School Learning.
