As part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR), India Pesticides Limited, a business situated in Lucknow, declared on 8 September that it would conduct blood donation and health screening camps throughout the city over the course of the following six months. The goal of this project is to assist locals who struggle to afford costly medical treatment. According to senior executives, the organisation was already assessing and occasionally offering financial support to those with severe illnesses.
The company’s director, Vishwas Swaroop Agarwal, stated that “the senior leadership of the company has been actively taking up social causes in a personal capacity, even though CSR funds are used judiciously.” Additionally, the business has played a significant role in supporting the construction of open gymnasiums in parks by the local government.
