Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah flagged off a fleet of seven ambulances in Jammu as part of a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative undertaken by the Jammu and Kashmir State Power Development Corporation (JKSPDC).
