The winners of the Kabel Star Scholarship Program 2025 in Mumbai are proudly announced by RR Kabel, the top consumer electrical and wire and cable producer in India. Children of electricians who passed their 10th-grade examinations this year are eligible for the Scholarship Program, an industry-leading initiative. The programme has allotted over Rs 1 crore annually to support and encourage these bright students’ upper secondary education, in line with RR Kabel’s vision of an educated and empowered India. To date, around 4,000 students nationwide have been chosen to earn Rs 10,000 individual scholarships. These exceptional students have made a big step towards achieving their goals in addition to obtaining funding for their postsecondary education. At the ceremony, in addition to this year’s winners, the best students from the second season of the Kabel Star Scholarship Program were honoured and given a laptop to help them with their future studies.

The number of applications for the fourth season of the Kabel Star Scholarship Program has increased significantly. With 41 honourees, Mumbai stood out among the nearly 1,000 winners in the country. They were congratulated at a special ceremony held at La Banquet, Odean Mall, Mumbai.

The Kabel Stars Scholarship was created in 2022 with the goal of empowering electricians’ children, or “Kabel Dost”, by funding their desire to pursue higher education. By providing financial aid to worthy students nationwide, the programme has had a genuinely revolutionary effect since its start. The initiative has expanded in scope and importance over time, helping thousands of students every year. This fourth edition reaffirms RR Kabel’s longstanding dedication to improving the electrician community and making investments for their children’s future. The scholarship has produced innumerable success stories of previous beneficiaries who have achieved academic excellence and started bright careers by creating fresh educational opportunities and ensuring that financial constraints do not stifle ambition.
