The social responsibility arm of Cellecor Gadgets Limited, Cellecor Foundation, has announced an ambitious long-term vision to positively impact more than 50 lakh lives across India by 2030. The foundation plans to strengthen its efforts in education, women’s empowerment, livelihood generation, community welfare, and sustainability, focusing on creating lasting change in underserved communities.
As part of its expanded roadmap, the foundation intends to adopt more schools in economically weaker regions of the country. Through these initiatives, it aims to improve access to quality education by supporting school infrastructure, introducing smart classrooms, providing learning materials, and enhancing student welfare programmes. The organisation will also contribute to mid-day meal initiatives and supply essential educational resources to help children continue their studies without barriers.
A major component of the foundation’s future strategy is the establishment of Sdn. Kulwant Kaur Skill Training Centres. These centres will focus on empowering women through vocational education, digital literacy, and entrepreneurship training. By equipping women with practical skills, the initiative seeks to improve employability, encourage financial independence, and create sustainable livelihood opportunities in various communities.
The newly announced plans build upon the foundation’s existing work in social development. Through collaborations with educational organisations, including the Gurmukh Free Education Foundation under Mission Sarbat Da Bhala, Cellecor Foundation has already supported educational infrastructure and technology-enabled learning environments. These efforts have helped create better learning experiences for students and strengthened access to modern educational tools.
The foundation has also been actively promoting skill-based learning through its Mission Livelihood programme. This initiative focuses on preparing individuals for future employment opportunities by enhancing their professional skills and career readiness. By bridging skill gaps, the programme aims to improve long-term economic prospects for beneficiaries.
In addition to education and skilling, the organisation has undertaken several community welfare initiatives. These include ration distribution drives and other support programmes designed to improve the well-being of vulnerable populations. Such interventions reflect the foundation’s broader commitment to addressing social challenges at the grassroots level.
Speaking about the vision, Ravi Agarwal, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Cellecor Gadgets Limited, stated that business success brings a responsibility to contribute meaningfully to society. He emphasized that the foundation is committed to creating opportunities, improving lives, and supporting a more inclusive and equitable future through focused social initiatives.
Looking ahead, Cellecor Foundation also plans to increase its focus on digital literacy, responsible technology use, and e-waste awareness. These efforts will complement the company’s wider sustainability agenda, which includes responsible sourcing, resource-efficient operations, sustainable packaging, and strong governance practices. Through an integrated approach that combines social development with sustainability, the foundation aims to deliver measurable impact and contribute to India’s long-term inclusive growth journey.
