Tamil Nadu CM Vijay Assures Police of Technology Upgrade, Lower Workload and Welfare Measures.Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay on Sunday conveyed his greetings to the state police personnel on Police Day and assured them that his government would focus on easing their workload, improving policing through modern technology and strengthening welfare initiatives for personnel and their families.

Vijay said the government would take steps to reduce the burden on police personnel while providing them with advanced technological facilities to improve their efficiency and ability to respond to changing policing requirements.

He also emphasised the importance of welfare programmes for police officers and their families, saying the government would ensure that necessary support measures were made available to them.

The Chief Minister praised police personnel for their dedication to maintaining peace, preventing crime and upholding law and order. He also highlighted their role in dealing with hazardous situations and natural disasters, where they work on the front lines to protect people’s lives, property and rights.

Vijay urged the public to cooperate with the police and work with them in an atmosphere of trust and harmony to ensure a peaceful and secure Tamil Nadu.
